How It Works

Festoon offers vintage and unique rentals for weddings, parties, events, photo shoots, seasonal/holiday, home staging, short- and long-term rentals!

 

1. Start by browsing through our collection of hand-picked items. Our pieces are one-of-a-kind and limited in quantity so you will want to reserve the items you love as early as possible to ensure availability for your date. We rent on a first come, first served basis.

2. Once you have selected your rental pieces, contact us to confirm availability for your date and reserve your pieces. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your items and event date along with a signed contract. The remaining balance will need to be paid 30 days prior to your event. Rentals require a credit card on file in case of damaged or lost items. If you are looking for something in particular, send us an email, we may have what you are looking for and are always adding to our collection!

3. You’ll want to decide on delivery or pick-up for your rentals (furniture is delivery only).

  • Delivery: Our roundtrip delivery (drop off and pick up) base rate for areas within 35 miles of Georgetown, Texas is $125.00. If delivering beyond 35 miles, the roundtrip delivery (drop off and pick up) base rate is $150.00 + 95 cents/mile over 35 miles. Delivery may vary depending on the size of the order. If beyond 80 miles, a travel fee will be incurred. Please ask for a custom delivery quote. 
  • Will Call Pick-up: Pick-up and return with an appointment is $25.00.
  • Styling Fee: Having unique pieces at your event can really embellish the day, but sometimes there is little or no time for our clients to set them up on their day. No problem! We can help design the pieces into your space and take that part of your busy day off of your plate. Styling services are $150.00 per hour (includes 1 assistant and 2-hour minimum).
  • Additional Fee: Long distance delivery may incur a travel fee. Please contact us for a custom delivery fee.
